How to place a Personal Ad in Tryst Magazine
- YOU MUST BE eighteen years of age or older to place an ad.
- WHEN PLACING YOUR AD enclose the completed Personal Ad Form with the proper fee. REMEMBER TO PRINT!!! We want your ad to read the way you intend, & if we can't read it, we can't guarantee it.
- ADS ARE PUBLISHED on a space available "Per Issue" basis. Duration of your ad may be longer at our discretion depending on the ad's response. If you would like to know the first issue in which your ad will appear, just send an extra $10.00 with your ad for an advance copy of the magazine containing your new ad. Check our Publication Schedule to be sure you send your ad in on time.
- ALL ADS MUST BE SIGNED. If you do not send us your name, mailing address and signature, we will not place your ad. If the ad is for more than one person, we will need the signature of each participant. This applies to couples as well as singles who swing together.
- WARNING: Our Policy at Sandi's Tryst Magazine totally prohibits Child Pornography of any kind by its readers or advertisers. We are an ADULT Publication and are strictly against any form of Child Pornography. If you are contacted by any member or advertiser concerning this matter we advise you to report it immediately to us, this is for both YOUR Protection and OUR Protection. This magazine is designed to serve the sincere swingers, you are encouraged to contact us about any misrepresentation you feel might be of harm to other people.
- YOUR PERSONAL AD will be listed by confidential code number only. First names will only be used if you request it. For DIRECT CONTACT ads only, please tell us if you want your name and address or phone number listed in your ad.
- IT IS ABSOLUTELY a must that you answer all mail sent to you. Advertisers are NOT expected to meet with everyone who writes to them. A brief note stating "Sorry, not interested", with your Ad Number is sufficient. People who spend the time and money to respond to your ad are certainly entitled to the courtesy of a reply.
- COMPLAINTS: If more than three complaints are received regarding your failure to answer your mail, your ad will automatically be dropped from our magazine.
Photos must be minimum 3" X. 3" color originals
Photo Policy:
- We do not like to publish close up "crotch-shots". Full body shots, nude or partially clothed are suggested. Should you not want your face to show, simply wear a hat or mask or turn away from the camera. Do not scratch out your face, let us know and we will mark it out in the magazine.
- We can not print photos which show any type of insertion, including rubber goods or devices or that depict sexual contact, degradation or heavy B & D in any way.
- All persons depicted in the photo must sign the reverse side under the following phrase "Released only to Sandi's Tryst Magazine for publication". All photos published become the sole property of Sandi's Tryst Magazine and can not be returned.
- We do not accept personal ads from minors or ads that in any way suggest sex or photo exchanges involving children.
- Sandi's Tryst Magazine reserves the exclusive right to alter or destroy any photos that it deems unfit to publish.
- All photos submitted become the property of TNMM and remain on file for one year, then the photos are destroyed.
